ERS Opt In Membership Form

We will then amend your direct debit to include the relevant fee or will contact you to process the payment. Please note the deadline for amending your direct debit is 6th May, OPT-IN requests after this date will need to be paid by other means.

Please note in the past ARTP members have been encouraged to take up the free silver membership with the ERS if you were under 35. This membership category is no longer available, if you still hold the free silver membership and are under 35 you will not need to opt-in until this has expired.
